What we collect
Account information (email, name, billing details), audio and video files you upload or import, the transcripts and documents we produce from them, and basic usage telemetry needed to operate the service.
How your audio is processed
Files are transcribed using third-party AI services (Deepgram, Google Gemini via NotebookLM, Groq) operating under their own enterprise privacy terms. Transcripts and generated documents are stored in our database tied to your account. We do not sell your data or use your content to train external models.
Storage & retention
Project audio, transcripts, and derived documents are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete individual projects from within the app. Account deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, contact privacy@audiostrate.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Updates
This policy will be updated with full legal detail (governing law, GDPR/CCPA provisions, sub-processor list) prior to public paid launch. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the most recent posted policy.
