Acceptable use
You retain all rights to audio and video content you upload. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in abuse.
Billing & subscriptions
Paid plans (Basic $9/month, Pro $25/month) bill in advance on a monthly recurring basis. A 14-day free trial is included with new subscriptions; a valid payment method is required at signup. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Optional metered overage at $0.02/minute applies only when explicitly enabled and is hard-capped at your user-set monthly cap.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact support@audiostrate.com within 30 days and we will review your case in good faith.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of your uploaded content and the transcripts/documents derived from it. You grant Audiostrate a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train external models.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees. The service depends on third-party AI providers; outages or rate limits may affect processing speed.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Audiostrate's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
Updates
These terms will be expanded with full legal detail (governing law, dispute resolution, indemnification) prior to public paid launch. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the most recent posted terms.
